My opinion of QQ suddenly changed from good to impossible over the summer of 2015. My account was lost and ALL attempts to get it back have failed, no matter which site listed by QQ I use or which "Help" I've been to. There are NO online technicians, NO live person to converse with, NO telephone numbers in which to make any kind of contact (all you get is recorded speeches), and a "Help" team that refuses to take further actions. All attempts to reset or start another QQ account have FAILED - their servers won't recognize your IP Address. It's been nothing short of a nightmare, week after week. Don't waste your time thinking that this is a good source for reliable connection. It simply isn't.
Thom Wood, Use Weixin/WeChat instead, it's from the same company Tencent and is widely used in China. When you insist on using QQ only the Chinese version seems to be working NOT the international version. Probably in the future QQ will stop working alltogether because all functions and MUCH more have been taken over by Weixin/WeChat
Thom, I had a similar issue, however mine just would not load and stopped working all together. Cost me my only means of contact for someone I cared deeply for.
With QQ International I can video group chat with other people at the same time. It is high-quality and fast. You cannot do this with any other chat program.

Riad and Fitsoft are con artist. Riad gives you a good sad story then he takes your money and leaves you with nothing. Sure he knows the language and what to say but he will not give you whats promised.
